Privacy Notice

This is the privacy notice of 532 Design Limited ("532D") a company registered in Scotland (SC734411). This document outlines the types of personal information that 532D is likely to collect, the ways in which we collect, and process personal information and your rights as a data subject as outlined by General Data Protection Regulation 2018. The privacy notice is valid from 2 October 2022. We review our privacy notice regularly and it was last reviewed and updated August 2023.

How we use your information

532D requires some of your personal data for:

• Administrative and management purposes;
• Marketing related services to you and to track the take up of such services; and/or

The personal data has/will be taken from:

• Beta-testing sign-ups (via www.crowdlegends.com);
• Information that is freely provided (via email); and/or
• Publicly available sources (e.g. Companies House).

This data will be used for:

• Administrative and management purposes;
• Promotional services (emails with updates on events);
• To retain IP and know who it belongs to; and/or

The 532D will keep personal details on record until we have dealt completely with your request, enquiry or contract and then for a reasonable period thereafter in accordance with data protection and other legislation.

Should 532D decide that the retention of personal information is no longer necessary, all such information will be destroyed/deleted in a secure and confidential manner.

Any personal information provided to 532D in relation to any of 532D testing programmes or business/software development activities however, be kept indefinitely for the purposes of maintaining a comprehensive archive of 532D activities.

We will respect your preferences concerning the ways in which we may contact you. If you wish to update these at any time, please contact us.

• Basic information, such as your full name (including name prefix or title), the company you work for, your title or position
• Contact information, such as your postal address, email address(es) and phone number(s)
• Signature (T&C's, Contracts and Non-Disclosure Agreements/Confidentiality Letters)
• Technical information, such as information from applications or in relation to materials and communications we send to you electronically

Data controller

The data controller for your personal information is 532D. Your data may be processed by 532D’s nominated agents such as software or service providers.

Providers used for the purpose are:

• GoDaddy Inc.
• Microsoft Sharepoint/Office 365;

Of those the following providers are based outwith the European Economic Area (EEA):

Your rights

532D respect your rights and preferences in relation to your data. If you wish to request how your personal information is being used or a description of the nature of this data and how it is being processed or if you wish to update, access, erase, or limit the use of your personal information, please contact us.
